Ingredients

  • Pizza Base – 

    • 1cup Nihkan Banana flour
    • 1/2tsp dry yeast + 1/2 tsp sugar + 1tbsp lukewarm water 
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1tbsp oil
    • 1 cup Warm water

    Pizza Toppings – 

    • 1 tsp tomato based pizza sauce
    • 1 Cheese cube
    • Vegetables of your choice – bell peppers, onions, sweet corns
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • Pepper
    • Oregano
    • Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Use yeast, sugar & lukewarm water to activate the yeast. 
  2. Take banana flour, add salt, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add the activated yeast and little warm water to the mixture and knead a soft dough.
  3. Now, with your hands on a rolling board, make a flat round bread. Wait for 30 mins for batter to rise. 
  4. Bake the pizza base for 15 mins @ 220 degree C.
  5. Take it out and Put pizza sauce, toppings of your choice and shredded cheese.
  6. Add little salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
  7. Bake again for 10 minutes @180 Degree Celsius
