  • 1/2 cup (50g) NihKan’s Dehydrated sprouts- Super Millets Mix
  • 2 cups water approx 350 ml water to cook millets
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • Red & yellow bell peppers choppers
  • Steamed Broccoli (optional)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp pink salt
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp oregano
  • Fresh basil leaves

  1. Boil Dehydrated sprouts in water for 5-10 mins as per your desired crunchiness & drain the water.
  2. Take a big bowl, combine all veggies with boiled millet sprouts. Add in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano flakes and toss them well.
  3. Add some basil leaves for added freshness.
