  • Hung curd -1/2 cup
  • NihKan Banana flour- 1 tablespoon (15gm)
  • Cut fruit pieces (any fruit of your choice – strawberry/mangoes/banana/chikoo)
  • Maple syrup-1 tsp


  1. In a bowl, take hung curd or Greek yogurt.
  2. Add banana flour to it & mix well.
  3. You can use fruits of your choice and add 1 tsp maple syrup to it.
  4. Serve chill and enjoy.
