Sprouts Salad


  • 50 g (1/2 cup) of Nihkan Dehydrated Sprouts
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 medium sized onion, tomato & capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli (optional), finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or as required
  • 1 boiled potato or sweet potato (optional)
  • A few coriander leaves and lemon slices for garnishing
  • Rock salt or black salt as required


  1. Boil Dehydrated sprouts in water for 5-10 mins as per your desired crunchiness & drain the water.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the boiled sprouts to the bowl.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices and coriander leaves.
  5.  Serve.
