- 1/3 cup NihKan Pancake Mix
- 1/4 cup Boiled Corn
- 1/4 cup Cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup Milk & water
- 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
- Oregano as per taste
- Mix all ingredients, stirr well so no lumps are formed.
- Heat a large skillet (nonstick or cast-iron).
- For each pancake, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto skillet
- Cook until bubbles appear. Flip on both sides.
- Serve with cream cheese or toppings of your own choice. Goes well with Coriander chutney as well.
