- 1/3 cup NihKan Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 tsp sugar/honey (or alternative)
- 1tsp oil
- ½ cup milk / milk alternative
- Mix all ingredients, stirr well so no lumps are formed.
- Heat a large skillet (nonstick or cast-iron).
- For each pancake, spoon 1-2 tablespoons of batter onto skillet
- Cook until bubbles appear. Flip on both sides.
- Serve with butter, honey, fruits & toppings of your own choice
