You can directly use the NihKan’s Super Millets Mix flour or mix it with any other flour to make healthy & nutritious flour. NIHKAN Super Millet mix is a blend of below Super Food Millets:

  • Sprouted Finger Millet (Ragi): Ragi is used as a healthy substitute for rice and wheat. Ragi is undoubtedly a powerhouse of nutrition. Loaded with protein and amino acids, this gluten-free millet is good for brain development in growing kids.

    Great flavour, make sure you use in appropriate recipes

    Love the flavour of the flour and good value based on the fact that it is sprouted. Will be buying again for sure!
    Just need to use appropriately. I tried to fry it like pancakes without oil and it mostly stuck to the pan, so I would recommend baking it (for example in muffins or bread), or mixing it with other ingredients.
    Overall would recommend!
