These Banana Flour Cutlets are a healthy twist on traditional cutlets, made using Nihkan’s Green Banana Flour. Ingredients:

½ cup Nihkan’s Green Banana Flour

1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

½ cup grated carrot
-
¼ cup finely chopped onions
-
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

1 tsp ginger paste
-
½ tsp cumin seeds
-
½ tsp garam masala
-
½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder)

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves (chopped)

1–2 tbsp water (if needed)

Oil for shallow frying
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, grated carrot, chopped onions, green chili, and ginger paste.

Add cumin seeds, garam masala, amchur, salt, and chopped coriander.

Gradually mix in Nihkan’s Green Banana Flour until a dough-like consistency forms. Add a little water if required.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round or oval cutlets.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the cutlets on medium heat until golden brown and crisp on both sides.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
