This Classic French Millet Crepe is a beautifully light, gluten-free crepe made using NIHKAN’s Sprouted Sorghum Flour (Jowar). With just three clean ingredients, it brings the elegance of French cuisine to a wholesome, millet-based recipe that’s high in fiber and easy to digest. Perfect as a breakfast wrap, savory base, or healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Sorghum Flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Water to make a thin, pourable batter

  • Oil for cooking

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine NIHKAN Sprouted Sorghum Flour and salt.

  2. Add water gradually and whisk to form a smooth, lump-free, thin batter.

  3. Heat a non-stick or cast iron skillet and lightly grease it.

  4. Pour a ladle of batter and swirl to make a thin crepe.

  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, flip and cook the other side until golden.

  6. Serve hot with a savory filling, hummus, pesto, or sautéed vegetables.
