Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Mung Beans Flour

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder (optional)

  • Chopped onion, green chilli, coriander (optional)

  • Water as required to form a smooth batter

  • Ghee or cold-pressed oil for cooking

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the NIHKAN sprouted mung beans flour, salt, spices, and optional chopped vegetables.

  2. Add water gradually and whisk to form a smooth, flowing batter.

  3. Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan and lightly grease it.

  4. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread into a thin crepe or pancake.

  5. Cook on both sides till golden brown.
