This Banana Flour Crepe/Dosa is a quick and easy savoury pancake-style recipe made with NIHKAN’s Green Banana Flour. Naturally gluten-free and rich in resistant starch, it supports gut health while offering a simple yet wholesome Indian-style breakfast or tiffin option. Ideal for pairing with chutneys, veggies, or curd.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup NIHKAN Green Banana Flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Water to make a thin batter

  • Oil for cooking

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine banana flour and salt.

  2. Gradually add water to form a smooth, lump-free, pourable batter.

  3. Heat a non-stick or iron pan, grease lightly.

  4. Pour a ladle of batter and spread thin like a dosa or crepe.

  5. Cook on medium flame until one side turns golden. Flip and cook the other side if desired.

  6. Serve with chutney, ghee, or sautéed vegetables.
