Ingredients
For the crepe:

1 cup NIHKAN All-Purpose Millet Mix

Water to make a crepe batter

For the stuffing:

1 tsp oil

1 clove garlic (chopped)

½ cup onions (sliced)

½ cup zucchini (sliced)

½ cup carrots (sliced)

½ cup bell peppers (sliced)

Salt, pepper, herbs/spices to taste
Directions

In a bowl, mix NIHKAN All-Purpose Millet Mix with water and a pinch of salt to create a smooth, thin batter.

Heat a pan, grease lightly, pour a ladle of batter, and spread into a thin crepe. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
