Ingredients
For Chilla/Dosa Batter:

1/2 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Super Legume Mix Flour

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Salt to taste

Water to make a thin batter
Optional Filling:

Paneer/tofu sautéed with spinach, onions, spices
Directions

Mix flour and spices with water in a bowl to form a smooth, lump-free, thin batter.

Heat a non-stick or iron pan and grease lightly.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread like a dosa.

Cook on medium heat until golden and crisp. Flip if desired.

Add the optional paneer/tofu filling, fold, and serve with chutney or curd.
