This Classic Savory Pancake Wrap is a soft, gluten-free crepe made with NIHKAN’s Pancake & Waffle Mix, filled with your favorite veggies or proteins. Quick to prepare and highly versatile, this recipe works great as a breakfast wrap, healthy lunch, or satisfying dinner — with the added benefit of being gut-friendly and nutritious.

Ingredients
For the Wrap:

  • 1/3 cup NIHKAN Green Banana Flour Pancake Mix

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or other milk substitute)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oil

Optional Filling Ideas:

  • Sautéed vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms)

  • Paneer/tofu/chicken strips

  • Hummus or chutney spread

  • Grated cheese

Directions

  1. Mix pancake mix, salt, milk, and oil in a bowl to form a thin batter.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Pour a ladle of batter and swirl to make a thin crepe.

  4. Cook for 2 minutes until edges lift slightly, then flip and cook the other side.

  5. Fill with your preferred vegetables, protein, or sauce and roll like a wrap.

  6. Serve hot or pack for a lunchbox meal.
