Healthy Gluten Free Sprouted Ragi Porridge (Nachni Satva)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp NIHKAN Sprouted Ragi Flour (Finger millet flour)
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery powder (or sugar)
  • 1 cup – mix of milk & water
  • 1 tsp Ghee (optional)
  • Dryfruit powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take Ragi flour and add it to a thick bottomed pan. Add 1 cup mix of water & milk to it until it dissolves.
  2. Cook on stove for 5 minutes or until the flour gets cooked well. Stir it continuously otherwise it gets to stick to the bottom.
  3.  Once it is cooked, add powdered jaggery or sugar.
  4. Switch off the flame and add ghee & dryfruit powder and & serve luke warm.
