The Sorghum Millet Baguette is a wholesome and hearty bread made using NIHKAN’s Sprouted Sorghum Flour. Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Sorghum Flour

  • ½ cup arrowroot starch

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed oil

  • ½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)

  • Salt to taste

  • Herbs/seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl – sprouted sorghum flour, arrowroot starch, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add oil, apple cider vinegar, and water gradually. Mix to form a dough-like consistency.

  4. Shape the dough into a baguette or mini rolls.

  5. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and firm.

  7. Allow to cool before slicing.

Serving Size
Makes 1 medium baguette (or 2 small)
