1 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Sorghum Flour

½ cup arrowroot starch

¼ cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)

½ tsp baking soda

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp cold-pressed oil

½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)

Salt to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl – sprouted sorghum flour, arrowroot starch, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add oil, apple cider vinegar, and water gradually. Mix to form a dough-like consistency.

Shape the dough into a baguette or mini rolls.

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and firm.
