1 cup NIHKAN Green Banana Flour

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup arrowroot starch

½ tsp baking soda

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1 cup water

1 tbsp cold-pressed oil

Salt to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients: green banana flour, almond flour, arrowroot starch, baking soda, and salt.

Add apple cider vinegar, water, and oil. Mix to form a thick batter.

Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
