This High Fibre Bread is a wholesome and gut-friendly option made using NIHKAN’s Green Banana Flour. Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN Green Banana Flour

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ¼ cup arrowroot starch

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients: green banana flour, almond flour, arrowroot starch, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add apple cider vinegar, water, and oil. Mix to form a thick batter.

  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. Cool completely before slicing.

Serving Size
Makes 1 medium-sized loaf (approx. 8 slices)
