Ingredients:

1½ cup Nihkan’s All-Purpose Millet Mix

¼ tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp jaggery powder
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
-
1 tbsp psyllium husk
-
½ tsp active dry yeast (optional)

1 tbsp oil or ghee
-
Warm water as needed
Directions:

Mix millet mix, salt, jaggery powder, baking soda, and psyllium husk in a bowl.

Add apple cider vinegar, yeast (optional), and oil/ghee.

Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 20–30 minutes, then shape into buns.

Allow shaped buns to rest for another 10–15 minutes.

Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden.

Cool and use for burgers or sandwiches.
