This Buckwheat Flour Baguette is a hearty and nourishing gluten-free bread made using NIHKAN’s Sprouted Buckwheat Flour. Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Buckwheat Flour

  • ½ cup arrowroot starch

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed oil

  • ½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)

  • Salt to taste

  • Herbs or seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add apple cider vinegar, oil, and gradually mix in warm water to form a dough.

  4. Shape the dough into a baguette form or desired shape.

  5. Place on a lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the crust is golden and firm.

  7. Let it cool completely before slicing.

Makes 1 medium baguette (or 2 smaller loaves)
