Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup NIHKAN Green Banana Flour Pancake Mix

  • 1 cup grated, peeled potato

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions

  • 1/3 cup water

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

  • Coriander or cilantro leaves (chopped)

  • Thyme leaves (optional)

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix into a dough-like batter.

  2. Form small balls or fritters from the mixture.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
