Made using NIHKAN’s gluten-free Pancake Mix, oats, and bananas, this recipe is ideal for a filling and healthy start to your day. Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, they’re easy to whip up and perfect for both adults and kids.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (45g) NIHKAN Green Banana Flour Pancake Mix

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp sugar or substitute OR 1 medium banana (for natural sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup vegan milk or any milk substitute

  • 1 egg (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Preheat your waffle maker or iron and lightly grease it.

  3. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp.

  4. Remove carefully and serve with maple syrup, fresh strawberries, or toppings of your choice.
