Fluffy, naturally sweet pancakes made with NIHKAN’s Green Banana Flour. A simple, healthy, and gluten-free breakfast recipe that’s perfect for a wholesome start to your day. Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN Green Banana Flour

  • 1 cup milk/coconut milk/almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Maple syrup (for flavor)

  • 1 tsp butter

  • Honey (for topping)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together banana flour, milk (or milk substitute), maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Add baking powder and let the batter rest for 2 minutes.

  3. Heat a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

  5. Cook until bubbles appear and edges look dry, then flip. Cook for 2–3 minutes on the other side until golden-brown.

  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like honey or fresh fruit.
