The texture of NihKan’s chickpea flour is so good! My mom made falafels using it.
I bought these to try out in salads and stir fry – they proved to be a real eye-opener. Easy to use and a really quick way of adding extra nutrients to meals. My daughters are vegetarian so this is a perfect way of adding a little extra something to dishes, the crunch is lovely and the flavour light and delicious. Easy to store and something to have on hand.
